As soon as your email hits our ticket system, you’ll receive an automated confirmation. After we receive your email, the Sharp Hue Support Team who is best suited to help with your particular needs will assign themselves the ticket and reach back out to you with any follow-up or questions they have to solve the ticket.
Replying To a Ticket: To reply to a ticket that’s in progress, all you need to do is hit reply in your email program. Nice! It’s as easy as regular email. In essence, nothing changes about how you send and reply except that when you open a ticket, simply send it to firstname.lastname@example.org instead of any individuals on the team.
